Without wishing to sound rude, I need to question the source of your information.

The poster clearly stated that his account was deactivated (due to lack of payment). As such, he cannot bring his account into good standing, because it no longer exists.

As a result, he must start as a new client, including ordering a new SIM card.

If you go 90 or more days after your 30-day billing cycle ends, your profile is wiped from the computer system, as if you were never a customer.

You must start the process again as a new customer.
