Thanks for the quick service

Just wanted to send a big thank you to the Mod team for their quick service on an issue with a new activation. I ported our land line number to a cell phone and I knew it was going to take up to 72 hrs for things to happen. It was a Telus land line and I was contacted by Telus yesterday about the number being ported and the closing of the land line. Telus shut down our land line yesterday afternoon but we still did not hve service on the cell phone.

This morning at 9 AM I started a ticket and by 2 PM had a response that the issue was found and to power off the cell and power back up after a minute, when I did, we were up and working. I know there have been a number of issues, but considering the number of users on Public, I have to say the service we have received has always been good.
