Hello,

All texts from my friend are not being delivered. She does receive mine to her. Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Guy

Very likely you have turned your chat features on....are your chat bubbles dark blue when they used to be light blue? Turn them off in your settings.

This question has been coming up a lot lately. Ever since the google update I think the pop up prompting you to enable feature is front and centre. However its designed even though I did not want it and I thought I was dismissing it I instead enabled it. I didn't notice right away until I called a couple people eho didn't answer a text and Input it together. But I have now done it two more times on other phones that I was helping troubleshoot! Very sneaky....pop up design!

@jeepman1256  did you just join today?  did you request a number porting?   If so, can you receive incoming calls?     If you just joined and request porting, it might be an indication of a stuck port.

If you have joined PM for some time and have been receiving incoming calls, then did you just change phones?    Also check if your Airplane mode is OFF and check if it is an issue with iMessage or RCS chat issue as mentioned by @Dunkman

Give us more information like what kind of phone you have and what have you done so far.

@jeepman1256

Were you able to receive texts before from your friend?  Any recent changes phones with either one of you?  Any issues with other friends or family texts? Issues with calling or data?

If one of you are apple users, it can be an issue with iMessage.  Turn on data for iMessage.

If Android users, turn off android chat feature.

Other basic trouble shooting advice:

Reboot phone

Network reset of phone
