Stuck in payment

I was trying to port my number from telus, everything went ok until payment section. I tried two of my credit cards, it says 401 error and cannot continue. I am not being charged, though, when I check my cc bill. I sent an e-mail about it and passed 48 hours with no response. Anyone help on the forum?

Late reply: it accepts certain credit cards.

 

It took Amazon Chase (Canada), but that card is now discontinued so I use Home Trust and it works. Both of them VISA.

Have you tried with a different browser such as Firefox? Sometimes that does the trick. Certainly worth a try.  Good luck!

I tried diff browser, even mobile, same issue
