Hey PM, I noticed that the log in page for self-serve was super slow, and now it's non-responsive.

 

Anyone else notice?  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca

Also lots of visitors as this announcement is a HOT DEAL on RFD posted just a few hours ago and already has over 155 replies...and counting...

That's not good. You'd think before launching a promo like this, PM would of made sure the servers could handle an influx of traffic.

 

@jheili99's suggestion worked!  False alarm!

 

I'm sure, however, there is an influx of traffic (as others have already mentioned), but hopefully not enough to crash the server.

how i did it:

 

option 1: clear your browsers cache close and re-open.... if that does not solve it..

 

option 2: use a different browser ( that did the trick with me ...couldn't log-in with firefox...switched to edge browser and voila...)

Agree with @Rockdaddy22, it must be the higher traffic.

 

Last time we had the promo, even the community page was super slow later in the afternoon.
