Please do not be one of those customers who come to this Community with a brief few words and expect others to guess what the whole issue is.
Tell us WHAT the problem is, HOW you discovered it, WHEN you discovered it, and WHY you believe it's not working.
Most importantly what have you done to troubleshoot it yourself.

There could be many reasons for this....please expand.
Did you just activate a SIM card and receiving an error?
If your credit card was not charged - You have likely locked up the SIM number in the current activation session.
If you credit card was charged, insert the SIM and see if you have any services.
Do one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings
IS your phone locked to its previous provider, if so contact them to unlock it for you.
