Has anyone been having service issues? I haven’t had service all day and I’ve been everywhere and nothing anywhere! Can anyone help me please?

Same thing happens to me every once in a while and I find it is always my phone, it corrects its self once I turn it off and restart!

Change your password and suspend your service under Lost/stolen.

Then run around to all your financial sites and make sure they aren't being compromised. Change the password while you're there.

And for heavens sake...stop using what appears to be real info in usernames...anywhere.

I have done all of those, where do you find the SIM card number on your account tho I can’t find it

Hi @katiepammett ,

Try one or more of the below:

*rebooting your phone

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again

Also, check your self serve account and make sure the last 4 digits of the SIM card info. match your actual SIM card.

@katiepammett check to see if there is a service outage in your area

login to your self serve account and click on "change sim" make sure the last 4 digits match the sim card in your phone. if it doesn't match then someone is commiting fraud.

Are you a new customer or have you been one for awhile and it has been working no problem?

Could be a service outage.

Or.

Have you logged into your account to see the status? Does it say active?

Is this a second hand phone? Possibly a purchase from Kijiji?

Also while In your account click "change sim card" green arrow on pic below. Check if the last 4 digits Match the last 4 in your phone's sim card. You may have been a victim of a sim jack.
