Hi there,
I am in the process of switching from Koodo to Public Mobile. I have inserted my new public mobile sim card, but when I go under settings and try to connect to the network it says sim card not recognized by the network. I have taken it in and out and turned my phone off and on, and when I log into my account everything looks totally normal- my number switched over, account active etc.

@Caigeann What is your phone make / model? Does it have dual SIM card slots?

@Caigeann, if everything looks normal but your SIM is not registering on the network, I suggest contacting the moderator team and have them look a little deeper into things to see if there is something wrong that is not immediately obivous from the self serve account.
