I was away for a few days at the end of my cycle. I made a payment and it says my plan is active on the site but I'm still not able to call text or use data. The system says I don't have an active long distance addon. Is there a anything I can do?

I was able to activate your plan as I could see that you had made a payment already.

Yeah, I've tried a bunch of reboots.

Try rebooting your phone.
