@hmiganeh   This part of the community forum is open to anyone with internet access.  All private messaging with moderators (or anyone else) is received via that envelope icon top right of your screen next to your avatar.

You are very welcome!  If you know #1 and #2 then leave the rest for the moderators to ask you as verification identifiers and you can just have the answers handy to speed up your request. Report back if you need additional help during your customer service interaction with the moderators.

Thats ok...it happens a lot. Just edit your post. To change your sim card you must contact the moderators and supply extra info to verify you are the account holder.  Try to be able to answer as many of the identifiers listed below......

 

Contact the moderators by sending a private message and leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the following information:

 

  1. Full name and address on account.
  2. Email, phone # and pin #.

 

 If you cannot remember your pin # include at least three of the following:

  1. Date of birth
  2. Last payment, date, amount, type and last 4 digits.
  3. Alternate phone number if any.
  4. Security question and answer.
  5. Plan amount, any add ons or promos on account.
  6. Last 4 digits of sim card.
  7. Any rewards in your account.
  8. Autopay y/n?
  9. Recently called or texted phone numbers
  10. Activation date.

 

The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours. Wait times seem to have improved and are currently about one hour.

 

Keep an eye on your private message box (the envelope icon) next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little bubble to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

 @hmiganeh : In your situation, the only method is that you have to contact the moderators to change your SIM in your account. We used to be able to do this ourselves but fraudsters have caused that option to be taken away.

Don't try to entirely activate a new account unless you don't care about abandoning your old account.

Also, use the Lost/Stolen function under Plans & Add-ons to suspend your account until you get the SIM changed.
