Do you need to pay for entire new plan to change...?

I just signed up the new plan with international texting...i tried to text my friend in HongKong and so far she said she havent receives any text message...please advises!

@Boba9 @Tram_88 Make sure that you had the correct country number in front of the phone number of your friend in HongKong. The country code for HongKong is +852 or 00852, maybe you want to try both if on doesn't work.
