Can't receive calls.

It's been 2 days since the port initiated.

HELP ASAP.

I replied with YES within 90 minutes with my new Public Mobile sim.

Should I have done it with my old Chatr sim?


@sunglee  - YES, you should have approved the port with the Chatr SIM in your phone. 

 

Contact CSA or the Telus Phone number as already provided in this thread and you should be able to be fixed right up.

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings,

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Select the brand and model of your phone, After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.

 

and do Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

if you can't fix it you can test your SIM card in another device to you can know the issue from your SIM card network or your device.

@sunglee  first of all, can you make outgoing calls? outgoing text? and data working?

 

If it is just incoming calls and text, it could be issue with the porting.  Did you reply the porting authentication text from your old provider and did you reply within 90 mins?  If not, that would be the reason .

 

There is a number you can call.  I will message you and you can get the porting status and they will advise what to do from there.

Try putting back your previous provider's sim.
