Porting Failed - 5 days with no response from Mod or Support

Hello,

 

I have reached out to Mods and create a support ticket and have not received a response in 5 days. 

Can someone please assist in re-porting my number.

Unable to receive calls or texts. I am able to call and use data.

I tried to port my number from wind and the account is still active and my number is still active on Wind and PM.

Looks like the public mobile sim took the number since I can make outgoing calls, use data but I am unable to receive calls. 

I believe I had the wrong account number during the port. My wind account is still active.

It doesn't let me try to re-port again or switch to a new number.

Could you please attempt to report my number again?

Support ticket: 0109-8483 - no response

can someone please help? its been over a week now without a response.

I tried the above but I get the error message so I can't go to step 5. Thanks for the suggestion.
