Are you parking a Canadian number with NumberBarn? Typically, numbers can not be ported between countries, so this seems strange tome, however, maybe I just haven’t seen anything like thi

If that is the case, it may take sometime to port that number over similar to porting from VOIP number. I may be wrong as they may not be working on weekend. They may not be as automated as the mobile to mobile porting.

Numberbarn is a US service. I don't think you can port from it.

@Qais, when you sign in to your self serve portal, go to Plan and add ons, then click Change Phone number. From there, chose the option to transfer a wireless or wireline number... Then follow instructions. Keep in mind that the account you are transferring from must be active. Also note that cell transfers usually take a few hours or less, but land lines and VOIP number take substantially longer.
