I want to port my number from NumberBarn. Please help

Are you parking a Canadian number with NumberBarn?  Typically, numbers can not be ported between countries, so this seems strange tome, however, maybe I just haven’t seen anything like thi

If that is the case, it may take sometime to port that number over similar to porting from VOIP number.  I may be wrong as they may not be working on weekend.  They may not be as automated as the mobile to mobile porting.

I should be able to port my number since i am paying for parking my number on the website.

Numberbarn is a US service. I don't think you can port from it.

If you followed all those instructions and the port is not successful, you likely need the help of the moderators.  Unfortunately, PM moderators were done working at 7:30 EST.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)

Its keep on giving me the following errors: 
Your Old Service Provider rejected your transfer request. Common mistakes:

  •   • Account Number doesn’t match Old Service Provider records
  •   • Equipment Serial Number doesn’t match Old Service Provider records
  •   • Security PIN doesn’t match Old Service Provider records
  •   • Alternate Contact Number format (should be 10-digits, no spaces, no dashes)
  •   • Did not check the “I am authorized…” checkbox 

 

And i am getting frustrated now, please help

@Qais, when you sign in to your self serve portal, go to Plan and add ons, then click Change Phone number.  From there, chose the option to transfer  a wireless or wireline number...  Then follow instructions.  Keep in mind that the account you are transferring from must be active.  Also note that cell transfers usually take a few hours or less, but land lines and VOIP number take substantially longer.
