Sadly, if you want to open a second account with Public Mobile, you will have to choose between new plans.

Old plans are no more available as of january 27, 2015.

Your existing current plan has nothing to do with joining as a new customer under Beta. Public Mobile is a Prepaid carrier with no Personal info on anyone. So they have no idea who you even are.
