Phone not working.

I got a public mobile number when I lived in BC and my phone had no issues. I was going to move to Alberta and switched my number to there but then ended up moving to Ontario. Since I've been in Ontario my cell phone says it has no service. It worked for a few days and then just ended. I've topped my phone up multiple time and my account says I have avalible funds yet my phone says no service. Not only does that irritate me but public mobile has taken money out of my bank account today and oct 10.... yet my phone still doesn't work! I cannot get in contact with a single person to actually help with these issues and currently I feel like I'm being fruaded or scammed!!! I have contacted my bank and will be pursuing further actions. Public mobile is the worst service provider and most difficult useless company I have ever delt with. This is unacceptable!!!!

Please do not encourage the use of the lost phone/found phone toggle.  This workaround creates future issues with rewards.  There is adequate moderator team resources to deal with account issues quite quickly these days.  Asking OP to put more money into the account is a non starter.  Apparently there has been too much funds put into the account already.  A properly targeted suggestion would be much more helpful.

Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.  Also try adding a $1 payment. if you still have problems then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@Adelyea, is your account currently in active status?  Regardless of the number you have in the account, the service will work country wide. Anyway, you are going to need moderator team assistance to sort out your account issues. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. If use of smartform brings no joy, then use the following direct link to private message the moderator team. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.
