It might be getting hammered because of large traffic.

1) check if other websites are working

2) try a different browser

3) restart your computer or network connection or both

4) try again in an hour

The issue can happen for a variety of reasons.. some that are in your control and some that are not

Try again... just went to it through website, and it worked... changes address to: https://store.publicmobile.ca/cart

I had an issue earlier with website not resolving, but it turned out to be my browser needed its cache cleared. To determine if this is same issue, try an alternate browser?
