Unable to make calls or texts. I'm not able to send any texts or make calls. I can receive texts though. I have purchased the $15 special plan which includes 100 Canadawide talk

Unlimited internation text picture and video.

 

Why can't I make calls or texts???

When did you get the plan?

Try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.
