I just activated my sim card like 30 min ago and I can't seem to text. I have the data set up and I've double checked my account but when I go to check my number on my phone it says unknown. Can anyone help?

Still nothing. I restarted my phone and everything.

Hi @azeng, has your issue been fixed yet? It's been a few hours now and the SIM should be working by now especially since you set up a new number and didn't port in an old one.

 

If you are still having issues, you should contact a mod by PM.  The following link will provide you with what information they require when you contact them.

Perhaps wait a few hours to see if everything gets sorted out. You can also try restarting your phone. If the problem still persists, I would try private messaging a moderator.
