Do you you have a province wide calling plan? There has been a glitch with old province wide calling plans requiring the $5/500min calling add on. Contact the moderators to see if they have come up with a fix or if they haven't they should add a complimentary one to your account.

Can you log into your account? Is it active? As @Luddite suggested can you connect to 611? If you cannot connect to 611 but your service says active suspend your service via lost/stolen on the plans page, change your password and report back......contacting the moderators would likely be your next move.

Today is only March 22 and PM is on a 30 days cycle, why would your next payment date be April 27?

So you have no calling, texting or data ability what-so-ever?
Have you had services working prior to now?
Have you tried any of the below?
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*Network reset

try re-insert your sim card, it sometimes happen if your sim not booted successfully..
