No incoming call

Help from moderator please. 

iam able to make calls but no incoming calls are coming in. please help

@mdasif Are outgoing calls work. If both aren't working, are you on an old $10 or $15 plan without unlimited incoming?

@mdasif  Do your calls go into voicemail? If yes, check the privacy settings on your phone. Maybe you have do not disturb on. Also check your usage logs to see if the calls are coming in by accessing your selfserve account.

@mdasif what is the make and model of your phone? try airplane mode for 5 minutes then restart your phone

@mdasif hi try restarting your device. 

1. Open Settings>General Management>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings>Tap Reset Settings
If prompted enter your pin, passcode
3. Tap Reset Settings 1 more time to confirm
4. Restart
