Hi @ndebay10 what do you mean?  Have you you just activated your sim card?  Did you activate in-store or online?  Have you opened a self serve account?  Are you transferring your phone number to Public Mobile and now you don't have service?  Please give us more information so we can help you better.

Do you have any network connection at all or can you just not use data? Is anything working?

If you're seeing a message that says "sign in to network", that indicates on some devices that you may have ran out of data.

What happens when you open a browser and try to get to a page?

You likely need APN settings. What kind of phone do you have? Android or iOS?
