I can't make or receive phone calls or text messages, it says Mobile network is unavailable, does anyone know how to fix that? Thanks!

Re-seating of the SIM after turning the phone off can be a fix, If the outage is fixed or there is no outage in the area.

Keep checking the outage status here https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages?INTCMP=VAN_status&linktype=ge-footer

@QuinHunt

If the outage persists and you need to make phone calls, and have access to wifi you can use a VoIP app like Fongo.

It's free to use and very convenient for times like this ☺️

@QuinHunt    Are you in the Montreal area?  Then this was posted earlier by @srlawren  about outages there:   https://mobilesyrup.com/2021/11/29/koodo-service-outage-montreal/

@QuinHunt

There maybe an outage in your area right now.  There was a report of an outage earlier today in some areas.
