@RI,
You can request a PUK code by phone if you are a PIONEER customers (before January 27, 2015).
If it's the case for you, contact Public Mobile by phone at 1-855-478-2542 from any landline or with your cell phone by calling *611
After January 27, 2015, you have to request your PUK code by email.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose radio button "SIM & Activation"
- Choose radio button "Activation"
- Choose radio button "I activated my phone and SIM card more than 24 hours ago"
- Choose radio button "I did receive an error message"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

So after two months of no Phone Service, you just realize your Phone is asking for a Puk Code now?

Have you confirmed your account is still active? If you accidentally have missed 3 payments, your account will have been deleted.
