@vissiawoodcraft

Try the following to get plan re-activated again. (Just keep going down the list)

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Lost/Stolen trick a1.PNG

    A2.PNG

     wait a couple of minutes and then declare your phone found by using the same steps from above and restart your phone.

  3. Add $1 to your account funds

If none of the above methods work submit a ticket to the Moderator Team for help.

@vissiawoodcraft

Restart your phone.

What does it say on top left of your screen OR on your lock screen?
Does it say "Public Mobile", "No SIM" or emergency calls only?

When you activated, did you port your old number or did you get a new phone number?

As @popping wrote, what is working or not working on your phone?
1. Incoming calls
2. Outgoing calls
3. Incoming texts
4. Ougoing texts
5. Mobile data (to test this, make sure wifi on your phone is turned off)

@vissiawoodcraft  Listen to and follow @popping  instructions.

1.  Turn off your phone.

2.  wait a minute

3. Start your phone again with PM SIM card inserted to let the PMS SIM card configure your phone.

Report call in/out, text in/out and data result.  What is working? What is not working?

@vissiawoodcraft  Make sure you are not on WiFi. Are you sure your phone is unlocked? Are you getting any messages on your phone?

@vissiawoodcraft  Does your data and texting work? If you chose a new (temporary?) number and rebooting your phone does not allow you to call out or receive calls your SIM may not have provisioned properly. Contacting the moderators would be the next step.

@vissiawoodcraft

Did you pick a new phone number or did you port a phone number?

If you ported a number, sometimes it just takes for that to start working, Give your phone a restart.

@vissiawoodcraft  is this a new number or did you port your number? If it's a new number, Try restarting your phone, turn it off, wait 30 seconds and restart it. Thanks. If you ported from a cell provider, it may take up to 3 hours to transfer successfully and up to 2.5 days if from a voip provider or landline.

Which phone do you have?

You will need 850 and 1900 MHz 3g frequency to make calls

Data and texts can be done on 4g
