@ch77 Dial 611 if your account is suspended then just follow these prompts and try to reactivate your account.

@ch77 has it been more than 90 days? If it has, then its gone and you have to start over with a new SIM and you can use your old email address. If it hasn't, why has it been disconnected? Lack of payment? Stopped working? Whats the message when you log into your self service account or dial 611? Thanks. Stay safe.
