Hi,

4G LTE is a hardware capability in the phone. If you are sure your phone is 2G/3G , then it is not compatible, and does not work with 4G LTE bands.

Also, don't worry if your phone only supports 3G.

PM's 3G network is fantastic, and the difference between 3G and LTE is barely noticeable in my experience. I know because I originally had LTE disabled on my phone before switching.

I think the only time you would notice is when doing big downloads or uploads.

PM's 3G network is like a day and night difference between a major competitor's 3G-only network. I did side-by-side tests.

Use this site to check the specific make and model of phone against the PM network.

I use a phone that only had 3G and it works fine. It connects at 3G speeds.

Hi @yellow

Can you tell me your phone's model? Or you can use this link to check it.
