My plans is renewed for the month of August my data doesn't work i have 5 gb
I need help what to do ?

Check your APN settings? Was it working before?

@Mdovilma Try restarting your phone, wait 30 seconds and restart it. If this fails try a network reset and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so. Stay safe.

Log into your account to make there is an amount showing under data and add-ons. Also make sure your status is active. Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work then try making your phone lost then wait 5 minutes and mark it found. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
