how come my number isn’t working

 @Lagab88 : What make/model/submodel is the phone? Did you transfer a number from a previous provider? Can you have a go at answering some more of those questions.

1. outgoing calls?

2. incoming calls?

3. data?

 

What is showing on the screen of the phone?  

 

Also, did you request porting your phone number from another provider?

 @Lagab88 : What's not working? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Internet? Is your account active? If you dial 611 what does the recording say?

Edit: Can you try the SIM in another phone?
