I need a monthly billing statement in order to get reimbursement for my phone charges. How can I get one?

If you just need the breakdown to accompany credit card charges then private message @LurganIeUk who can supply you with an excel file to print out your pm account billing by extracting the actual data from PM into an unofficial but a good looking 30 day statement of your account, which is faster than awaiting invoices from pm. You may want it just for your own records.

If possible it's best to request 30 day invoices in 90 day, 180 day or 360 day increments to cut down on extra work for CSA's and your wait times to recieve them.

but if you want to get a invoice you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent , Explain your issue they can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

@dj320 PM does not have invoice for easy download. However, you can open a ticket with PM Customer Support Agent to request them to send you the invoices. It might take some time , so, it is better to request every 3 or 6 months.

To open ticket with PM:
(After you open a ticket with Customer Support Agent, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Customer Support Agent will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request Cusstomer Support Agent assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click on "Contact Us", click on "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket" then Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
