Making a Payment

Hi everyone,

 

every time I try to make a payment it just adds money to my account. It says my plan has expired.

What is your plan cost and your available balance?  How many payments have you made?

 

Are you paying by voucher or by credit card?

 

What plan are you on?  You could try changing plans if you like one of the current plans.
