I lost my SIM card. Is there any way i can order a SIM card with the same number? I don’t want to change my number.

Customers used to be able to change the SIM number associated to their Public Mobile account / phone number, but now only Moderators can change it for you.

Once you obtain a new Public Mobile SIM card, you must submit a ticket with the Public Mobile Moderators to have them change it.

You can pick up a new one at your local Walmart or if you have a London drugs in your area. Do not activate the sim card it has to be brand new.

Once you have a new sim. Then to change your SIM card, please reach out at publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type SIM card swap. Follow the steps so Public Mobile can change your sim card number for you. Your account and number will be transferred to the new sim card.

Or consider Canadian Cell supplies. Which is usually cheaper and they also offer pick up in some locations. (Maybe there is a location near you)
