@darlicious...iPhone SE...Settings / Cellular / Cellular Data Options / Data Roaming enabled.

I mistakenly thunk that had to do with using data away from wifi. 😎

@melromano03

Knowing the brand and model of your phone would be immensely helpful to us.

I'm pretty sure @hairbag1 meant to say do you have your mobile data toggled on...as roaming has no bearing unless you are in the US and have purchased a roaming add on.

Any chance you got a new phone and it only not working on your new phone?

 @melromano03 : Has it ever worked? Can you check your overview page under My Data & Add-ons for a line mentioning data? Or if you know your 4 digit PIN can you check the quantity remaining in the 611 service? And of course turning on the mobile data setting.

@melromano03

More details would be helpful.  Has data worked before?  New customer or old?  Does talk and text work?  Is your account status active or suspended?  Phone model?  More details the better.

Some basic trouble shooting advice:

reboot phone

network reset of phone

check the APN settings
