I still can't receive incoming calls because freedom mobile hasn't sent my account number to Public mobile. Don't you check to see if this has been done? I have talked to Freedom mobile 5 times, the last person I talked to said that Public has to send in a request for the said account number. I think that Public has done this. The guy at Freedom said that these requests only last for 90 minutes. I have done my due diligence with both Companies and am very tired of jumping through hoops. Will you send them another request for my account number and let me know when you have it via email. Thank you
