Hi,

Check at overview page of using self serve tool, and verify if your add-on has been included in your available services.

Second, verify that the rates of the destination are within this limit that you have purchased.

If your contacts are Canada or US then try adding a 1 in front of the number.

If you got a roaming add-on then you need to be in the states.

If you still see the $8 in your account then you've done step 1. Now you need to finish the purchase by doing it again.
