I am not able to receive a call, it go to my voice mail without any ring

When did you sign up? Did you just port in or open a new account? Is your phone compatible with the network? Is it unlocked? Not listed as lost/stolen?

What plan are you on? Does your account show active in self serve? Do you still have minutes? Can you text? Does your data work? Could people ever call you? When did it start?

What happens if you call yourself?  What happens if you call 611?  Can you call people? Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off? Re-inserting sim? Inserting old sim (if you ported)? Manual network search does what?

You're going to have to provide us with all the details if you want some help.
