Alcatel one Touch has many models, is it the feature phone or smart pone?
Feature phone: go to Tools/Bluetooth/Power on/Visibility on/Device list/Search for new devices/Select desired deive name from list/confirm passcode and click ok
Smart phones: Go to Settings/Bluetooth/Turn Bluetooth on/select device from Available list/Pair it/Enter passcode
