Hi my friend was public mobile customer earlier. He  was out of Canada then I disconnected. Now wants to connect again. Now he sees plan becomes expensive.  Any good deal plan for ex customer of P Mobile?  or you want  to go another service provider please.

Hello,

Whether your friend is grandfathered or a new customer, the renewal date is the first day of the 30-day plan.

For example, if plan renewal is on March 6, at 12:00:01 am, that means that March has provided 26 days, including the 31st. Considering that 4 more days are needed to complete the 30 day cycle, that would bring plan completion to April 4, at 11:59:59 pm.

@bindira7, Plans change in the cell phone industry with no notice, you can't expect a Provider to offer same plans for years.

@bindira7,

When was your friend's last payment ?

Say to your friend that he have 90 days of grace to pay his account once the status changed to EXPIRED.

After this delay, the account and phone number are deleted and cannot be recovered. The SIM card is also good for trash.

Sadly, if it's the case, you have to start again from scratch.
