Thanks will try.

I have so many VOIP services. Why not try another one that is slightly different. This has a huge benefit of using our unlimited calling plans to dial a local number that auto forwards to the USA number. No data. Too bad its not canada too. Then it would be like free Canada/USA minutes with our plan.

lots of apps can call worldwide on data ... whatsapp is quite common.

Google hangouts allows calls made from Canada, to the US for free, and doesnt use your plans minutes. Just data or wifi
