I went to add money to my self serve account but it does not recognize my email address. The funny thing is I keep getting emails from Public Mobile.
without it recognizing my email I cannot log in to do anything. Now my phone service isn’t working because I can’t log in to put money on my account
what do I do? Buy a new SIM and start over?

This. And when that hopefully gets you sorted, consider setting up auto pay with a credit card -- it's far more convenient than doing a manual top-up and you get $2 off at each renewal period.

What happens when you dial 611?
If it asks for money then good.
If you have autopay enabled then make a payment to cover your plan cost.
If not then you can buy vouchers in stores or online and re-activate your services in 611 too.
