I'm on a 90 day, 4 GB plan.
Earlier today my data stopped working. I know I'm close to my data usage limit, so I suspect that this might be due to me reaching my limit. I tried logging into my account to check, but it says that I do not have any add-ons. Is this normal?

@leejoohy I'm not sure if that's normal behaviour, as I have not yet run out of my plan data. Have you looked at all at other times? Does it normally show your data? If so, I'm thinking that yes, it's probably because you have run out.

My plan cycle ends on Aug 18th.

Doesnt seem normal, my data usage is showing up. Are you at the end of your plan cycle?
