I have a 3GB data plan and it stopped working after using 1.6 GB. Well it partially works. I can send imessage but i cannot access apps or internet browsing using my data. I have lots of data left and i have checked all the APN stuff out and its all fine. Also tried rebooting multiple times. Please help!

It's a way to prevent you from using too much data and getting a huge suprise bill at the end of the month. Not saying this is your problem but its worth looking into before we try other things to help solve your issue since this is the most common issue.

I don't know how much data you used before, or if the restrictions were enabled. But this is worth a shot

The easiest way to see if phone origins issue, is try it on another phone.

Even it works before, your phone might have new settings or app to prevent usage.

Try to restart phone is the initial fix.

What do you see when you go to the Data & Add-On Usage page in self-serve?

@ABrownMake sure your phone did not set a limit on data. Most phone providers unlike public mobile allow for overages so phones have a built in way to protect the customer.
