The mods are known to just reset your account to the day when they fix issues and restore your service. So, your 90-day cycle usually starts from the day they fixed issues and not the 9th of Nov.
That's some good information @imm1304. I wasn't aware that they did that since my signup went fine and I never had to contact them myself.
@hummuschips, our super mods are very nice. They do the right thing without even asking 🙂
You will see once things calm down after the 20th of November, they are very quick and much better to deal with than the long wait times on hold with phone support on other carriers.
