Hi! I would like to ask how to activate my newly bought public mobile sim card using my iphone 11? I have chosen a plan, reset the network and it does not seem to be workinng. I can't receive a call and make a call out. Please help. Thank you very much!

Were you charged for the SIM activation?

 

Also, can you log into your Self Serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

What does the status say?

@Fetags   When you activated, did you choose a new number or you requested porting from your old carrier?

 

Another person today with No network issue and he opened ticket with PM, he was told there was a backend issue.  You might want to open ticket with PM as well.

@Fetags   you already activated with PM and credit card was charged?

 

What is showing on the screen?  SIM not provisioned?  No network?

 

With your SIM in the iPhone, plug into a computer and launch iTune, download all the latest updates and the carrier profile and see how it goes..

 

 

if still fail, try to put  the  SIM in another phone and see if it works.
