The only other way to get back to having data if you have run out is to renew your plan right now rather than waiting for your next renewal. To renew the plan you are on, apparently you have to get a moderator to do that for you. But if there is a different plan that would work well for you, you are able to change it yourself. Select immediate change rather than Change at next Renewal. You will be charged for your new plan right then and your old 30 day period terminated then with no refunds for unused days. If you preferred the plan you were on going forward you can schedule a change back to it at next renewal as long as it is still offered.

@popping they could just as easily be complaining about the $30/1GB add-on pricing.

Update 1:
You can get the $25 1GB plan with autopay. But the data speed is LTE capped at 3Mbps which is capable serving 720p video.

@STACETARR yes: switch to a plan which includes enough data for your monthly needs. Plan data is always cheaper than add-on data.
