Can't access my voicemail

I cannot access my voicemail, after pressing 1 I get a prerecorded message saying "talk is not included in your plan, you can easily add this service at publicmobile.ca"

But i do have talk in my plan, I can phone other numbers within Canada and i have also bought an add on for 400 minutes Canada wide and US calling very recently.

Sounds like your fast key of pressing one is not set to call your voicemail.

 

Call your cell number to access voicemail.

 

You can call from another phone as well. When calling from another phone press star when voicemail starts to play then enter voicemail password.

 

You can also call your area code + 580  + 4001

 

Google your phone model on how to add your voicemail number to 1.
