Is there an issue with Public Mobile or was this more of a friendly service announcement?
I haven't reported any issues. If this was an announcement it probably should have been worded a little differently because it sounds like they are telling me how to get help for an existing issue, not telling me if I ever have an issue this is how I can get help.

I agree, the wording was a little confusing. I assumed there was an issue with my service. Thanks for the clarification.

Hi @spoolinx86,
Thank you for bringing this up. The message you and others have received is a friendly service announcement that is mandated by the CRTC.
I agree that the wording/positioning is a little wonky 🙂
