@4public it depends upon the terms of the promotion. Generally no, but some of the recent ones included current members. So hang in there. Stay safe.

Most of PM promo's are targeted at new customers...but occasionally there's something for everyone. Keep an eye on the Announcements for promo and flash sale info.

Unfortunately no.
You would need a new sim card new email and sign up brand new. You would loose any rewards you have on current account.
Only current offer for existing members is the 2 gig $35 plan that you can get by logging into your account and clicking change plan.

No - only for new or non-existing accounts...You can still share your promotion code to others if that counts?
