Hi,

So I've attemtped to activate  3 sims so far.  One worked and the other 2 have all given the same sort of message about being unable to verify information.  Luckily I was able to get one phone on virgin's matching plan.

However,   my credit card statement has been charged 120 dollars EACH time there is a failed activation!!!  That's 120 x 7 at least now owning on my CC Smiley Surprised

I can't get a hold of the mods and now I've got hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my CC for a service not rendered. Should I call up telus and ask them?

Hey @mmafryyc

Welcome to Public Mobile,

I'm really sorry to hear about the activation hiccup Smiley Embarassed

Usually, the credit card is never charged if the credit card cannot be verified upon activation, but if the charges appear on your credit card statement as you are saying then we will definitely need to investigate on this.

Please send me your Public Mobile SIM card number via private.

Talk to you soon!

Shazia

Unfortunately Telus cant help you.  Totaly separate entities.

Send the mods another message and let them know, thats not cool.

@Shazia_K  Can you help out?
