Thanks I tried several times but still can’t get it in English. New emails seems to be coming in English.

You need to create a self-serve account using https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ before you can manage your account online.

@Recia285 , the preferred language defaults to English. I guess the agent did not ask about preferred language. That said, it is surprising that Public Mobile is not sending out notifications such as this in both languages.

@Recia285 Welcome to PM! Yes, when I got my first SIM, my welcome message wasn't in English, but it doesn't have any critical info there. As was mentioned, you can change your default language in settings of your account.

@Recia285 The welcome e-mail message doesn't really do anything. To change the default language of your account, you'll need to open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat .
